Autajon Cultech: Cultech Inc. is located in South Plainfield, NJ just 30 minutes outside of Newark, NJ and just 45 minutes from Times Square, making it a great place to raise a family in the suburbs while having the hustle and bustle of city life close by. Responsible for Cultech, Inc.'s key accounts with specific focus on the largest accounts, L'Oreal and Shiseido USA.
Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant divisions within the organization (US and Europe). Play an integral role in new business pitches and be responsible for effective on-boarding of new clients. Responsible for the development and achievement of increased sales: influence and direct a variety of internal stakeholders, such as design, manufacturing, manufacturing support, and sales then contribute to direct sales to clients. Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business: contribute toward the innovation of new products; develop deep understanding of customers' needs, target new opportunities with clients; influence the sales delivery channels and perform due diligence on the full cycle of sale and delivery, including European and French prospects willing to develop and extend their activities in the US; ensure customer requests and needs are met daily, effectively understanding and communicating facility capabilities and processes. Gather information about every internal and external customer, understand their needs and ensure all expectations are met; coordinate production across different production site in the US as well as to coordinate with France and Japan. Identify customer needs and priorities, synthesizing the recommendations into preliminary, general, and final detailed designs. Work closely with Administrative Sales Coordinators (ASCs) to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction: provide a clear focus and objectives to ensure there is a proper plan for executing every step of the process; work closely with customer service management and account manager to develop and maintain the appropriate techniques and programs that ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain a strong relationship with L'Oreal and Shiseido USA: establish and maintain strong relationships with Cultech Inc.'s and Autajon Group's clients; introducing and increasing relationship with L'Oreal and Shiseido of all US manufacturing sites as well as European coordination; ability to maintain and develop strong relationship with L'Oreal Corporate based in Paris as well as to coordinate with the L'Oreal USA teams to increase Autajon USA sales; collaborate to develop new innovative products, build trust, communicate, and adapt the relationship as needed. Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects: develop new opportunities that can lead to strategic technical CAPEX decision (i.e. Singoptic, AD Coding, 10 colors press). Coordinate with production department on customer job delivery date. Initiate the planning of each project, strategize with production on manufacturing capabilities, identify the scope of customer service and manage the execution of delivery: coordinate developments and productions between all US and European sites. Participate in the annual budget process through the active pursuit of knowledge and trends regarding the industry and client: weigh the costs and benefits before committing resources; develop strategies using past financial data, market trends, competitor, and customer activity; have a global visibility on the trends and information from the US and European sides from Autajon point of view as well as L'Oréal and Shiseido to build a realistic budget in line with customer's strategy.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Management, or related field and 4 years related experience, specifically working with European customers. Total experience must include 3 years of experience with different packaging coding technologies and techniques.
Domestic travel 10% of the time.
