Labels Cost Controller

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Margin management by customer/product family for the Italian sites;
•Development of margin analysis tools by customer and business line for each Italian site, in accordance with Group rules and standards;
•Supervision of accurate and complete customer invoicing;
•Preparation of reporting;
•Organization and management of regular meetings with the various sites, including the definition of resulting action plans and follow-up on their progress;
•Ensuring that the quotation management tools comply with Group principles and standards;
•Supporting the sales team by providing profitability analyses and scenarios in response to customer quotation requests (tenders), both for existing and potential clients;
•Coordinating the budgeting/forecasting process, supporting Top Management (CFO, Plant Manager, and executive functions) in the preparation of the budget and strategic plan;
•Proposing improvements to tools and the structure of cost centers;
•Supporting the preparation and monthly analysis of reports for operational management and the Group, in line with established deadlines;
•Providing analytical support for investment projects;
•Development and monitoring of company KPIs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•Degree in Economics or a Master's specialization in Management Control.
•Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Controller in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
•Solid knowledge of industrial accounting (mandatory requirement – candidates without this will not be considered).
•Strongly preferred: experience in managing product line/division-based reporting.
•Aptitude for working within matrix organizations.
•Proficiency in English and/or French is required.
•Accuracy, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
•Autonomy and excellent command of Excel.
•Ability to work both on-site and remotely.
•Problem-solving skills, team-oriented mindset, strong communication abilities.
•Goal-oriented approach, responsiveness, dynamism, and resilience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/BENEFITS

Daily Ticket Restaurant Compensation
Regular and periodic travel across Italy is required.
A permanent employment contract is offered; job level and salary will be determined based on the selection process outcome.
