The Accounting Manager is tasked with being the representative of the Group financial management on the East Coast and the senior level person which will handle the financial dialogue, management and actions in collaboration with the Plant Managers for the economic and financial purposes of our NH and NJ location. The Accounting Manager will serve as a senior-level employee who acts as the head of accounting, and oversees the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, statements and cost analysis.   • Management of Accounting team which includes undertaking training and personal development as necessary in order to meet organizational objectives. 
  • Collaborate, carry out direction and execution of the Group's and the Chief Financial Officer's financial goals.
  • Carrying out and oversee multi-plant month-end procedures in order to produce reconciled management accounts. This is not limited to the establishment of balance sheets and annual bundles.
  • Oversee the execution of timely recurrent reporting for analysis relating to both AP Boston and Cultech. This is not limited to budget generating and year-end reporting.   
  • Ensure the economic and financial management of plants while producing and monitoring financial information for future developments/projects/investment programs as required.
  • Ensure the local, state and federal compliance with legal requirements, other obligations and identified best practice by Autajon Packaging. This includes adherence to the Autajon Group's policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Ensure the relationship with banks and other financial institutions (administration, auditors, counsel, etc.).
  • Continuously improve the quality of Autajon Packaging documentation and systems relating to financial procedures.
